We collect only what is necessary to run Kora and communicate with you:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist or sign up for Kora. We use it to send updates, early access invitations, and account-related notifications.
• Account information — if you create a Kora account, we store your authentication details (handled by our secure auth provider) and any business information you choose to share with Kora during coaching sessions.
• Usage data — basic anonymized analytics to help us understand how Kora is used and improve the experience. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Kora is built on a managed platform that handles core security:

• Encryption in transit — all data between your browser and Kora is sent over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
• Managed authentication & database — sign-in, session management, and database hosting are handled by Lovable Cloud, which provides industry-standard access controls and encryption at rest.
• Row-level security — your data is isolated from other users at the database level.
• No payment data stored by Kora — all payments are processed through Stripe. Kora does not store your card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials.

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run Kora:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, and serverless functions.
• Stripe — payment processing and billing.

Each of these services has their own security and privacy practices. We choose them because they meet high standards for data protection.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
